There is a first time for everything.

Yes, that is a horse drawn buggy. The wood is refinished in a black exterior finish with red accents, nickle plated hardware for the canopy, new fabric on the seat and canopy. The customer wanted to be able to pull it with a 4-wheeler so we added a cross beam with a trailer hitch. You might have seen this in Kaysville or Layton parades.

Phonographs

These are always a pleasure to see. Decades or even a century old, these pieces always amaze as they still function bringing music into your home.

Treadle Sewing Machines

From the barn to your front room. These can often do more than just look good. They still sew after so many decades.

Before and after of A White treadle sewing machine. Scratches and dents are gone. The base gets a good cleaning and a fresh coat of black finish with gold highlights. We can also clean and oil the insides of the machine so that it will work like it used to.

Old Trunks

We haven’t found any buried treasure yet, but these old trunk will have you looking inside to see if there be any gold here.

A couple of before and after pictures of trunks we have restored. Old paint and rust are gone from the outside. New leather handles and straps. Fresh papering or cloth on the inside but careful to preserve pictures or labels.

Tables, lots of them

This was made in the Philippines. The carvings depict the area around Clark Air Base. There was a split running the length of the tabletop from a failed joint, but now it is whole again.
The inlay work on this small table is just beautiful.

An Amazing Music Box. It could play several different songs by shifting the pin cylinder.
This tall guy had developed some cracks and had difficulty staying upright. Now it is standing tall.
A chair fit for a barbarian….. or an enthusiastic rancher.
This frame had several large sections of the decorative plaster missing. We were able to make a cast of the intact areas to make replacement sections.
